Default Private townhomes for rent

Anyone renting their private townhome? Burke/Vienna/McLean? Budget $1800. Any tips on how to find them? We plan on visiting the area next week.

You can find townhomes for rent in the area on www.craigslist.com My daughter recently rented a 4-bedroom townhouse in Burke with 3 other girls from a private owner using this website. Do a main search for the Washington DC area which includes DC/Maryland/Northern Virginia. You can then narrow your search down to Northern Virginia and put in specific locastions. Many people have success using craigslist for rentals in this area. Good Luck!

You also use militarybyowner.com, some of the homes are through realtors but alot are by owner.

You may want to try Ft. Belvoir under military base, but you can actually type in the zip codes. Burke's zip code is 22015. Other zip codes very close to Burke worth considering are Fairfax (22032) and West Springfield (22152). I don't know the zip codes for McLean and Vienna, but I'm sure others can help. Good luck.

I think it is Ft Belvior for the base and maybe even Quantico.

Just contact a real-estate agent. Most townhomes have representation to help with the applications and credit checks.
