Cool Condos in NoVA
Anyone know about safety and general upkeep of Montebello Condos on Mount Eagle Dr. (Alexandria) and Skyline Plaza on Goerge Mason Dr. (Falls Church) Are these in safe areas?? Heard from other posters that Skyline Plaza area is sketchy...

What are areas (complexes or street boundaries) to avoid in Arlington, Falls Church, or Alexandria in terms of finding a place to live.

None of the garden apartment conversions are very nice. 300 plus for condo fees is way too much in relation to a 700 mortgage.

Montebello is nice and safe. Very isolated, but nice.
