Default Quantico/Stafford Area

Does anyone live in the Quantico/Stafford area. I will be relocating to the area in the next few months and wanted to know where affordable single family homes were in the area.

Thanks,

I was just down there visiting a friend and was surprised out how much MORE affordable it is down there vs "up here". Try zip code 22554

It all depends on your definition of 'affordable' is. Some people would say that int he $300k's is affordable, others would say that anything under $200k is affordable. Depending on where you're coming from, it could be a wide range. I've heard people from California say that almost all the homes seemed affordable to them... but then some people from the mid-west or rural areas of the south say that they can't find any affordable housing.

In short, what's your price range?

That should be doable. Where will you be working? These are just north of Quantico:

3204 Jasper Hill Ct, Dumfries, VA, 22026 - MLS ID#PW7087243 - Rentals real estate - REALTOR.com®

Default Triangle

Look at Triangle, tucked behind the base... lots of nice homes, some brand new others about 20 years old. We are putting ours on the market after Christmas - 4 BR 3.5 bath with a basement. The lots in my neighborhood are gorgeous - all private and with trees, about 1/3 - 1/2 acre.
