I am moving to the northern VA area and have been looking in the Kingstowne VA area. Does anyone know anything about The Elmes at Kingstowne Apartments? Are they fairly safe and nice??
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

This is a totally safe area. I haven't been in the apartments themselves but you get access to the Kingstowne amenities:

Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation

Walk by them every day, very safe area. You get the use of the pool in your complex as well as the other pools and fitness areas.

I just moved in a few months ago to the Elms. It is very safe. People are walking and jogging all the time. You have free access to 3 fitness centers as well as all the shopping and restaurants that are within walking distance. I am very impressed with the maintenance staff for the apartments as well as the maintenance of the outside areas with grass, leaves, trash, etc. It costs more to live here than other apartments but it is worth the money to feel safe and live in a nice apartment.
