I live close to North Point and I have never seen any deer there (granted, I've only been here for a few months).

However, I have seen plenty when driving at night through Hunter Mill / Crowell / Browns Mill. You really need to be very careful there and always drive with the high beams on. Its very dark and there's a lot of 'em crazy deer.

There were two in my yard tonight. I don't live in Reston, but I live nearby, so if they're in my yard I'm sure they're in Reston too.

There are tons of deer in Algonkian Regional Park in Sterling as well. I haven't seen any in my immediate Uplands neighborhood of Reston, but I have seen foxes, groundhogs, and Republicans.
