Hi,

I am moving to Arlington rather soon was looking at the Wellington Apartments in Arlington on Columbia Pike. Does anyone have any feedback on these apartments? Are they in a good area? Is the complex a good one? Any info is greatly apprectiated.
Thanks.

I've been there, but not inside. The area is okay. Not the greatest place.

My friend and his fiance live there...it's a really nice complex. It's older looking on the outside, but inside is mostly renovated. Apt is really spacious and nice, logical floor plans. Pet friendly...and there's a sweet pool and dog park on the grounds too.

I like it, but not for the price. I think that the more I looked, the better apartments I found for comparable prices. Thats why I think I opted not to move there. However, if it is convenient for you go ahead and move. The area is in a better side of columbia pike and the building looked nice from the tour
