remember...if you live off of 95, the commute from your house to 95 could take a while. I lived 5 miles from 95 and it took me 15 minutes to get there because of traffic or lights or buses. I moved 16 miles south and I get home from and to DC in the same time I did in Spotsy. 1 hour.

Moving to Fredericksburg or not...?
My husband will be working in DC and we are told that houses under $400,000 would be in the Fredericksburg area. What new construction homes areas would anyone recommend that is in a diverse area that is nice? How long a ride on the VRE from Fredericksburg to DC would it be?
