Good gymnastics classes for kids in Alexandria? (Burke, Woodbridge: home, DMV)

Hello all,

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying this lovely weather we've been having this week in the DMV.

I am looking for a really good gymnastics class for my six year old daughter in the Alexandria or Springfield area. I know of a few gymnastics classes in Woodbridge; however, I would rather not have to drive all the way to Woodbridge during the weekday evening hours as she would benefit from more than just a Saturday class.

My daughter took an introductory class last Saturday at Gymnastics World in Woodbridge and she loved it, and I liked the instruction and instructors as well, but the drive to Woodbridge would be a bit much during the weekday evenings.

Dancensations Dance Center

They have gymnastics classes as well as dance.

@Yankeesfan: Dancensations sounds great and the location is convenient! I wish I would've gotten your response before I enrolled my daughter in Gymnastics World in Woodbridge and paid the $80 registration fee. Well, now I know about Dancensations. Thanks so much!

I've known quite a few families who have their daughters at Dancensations, and most of them like it.

My aunt takes my elementary-aged cousin to Capital Gymnastics in Burke, and they both love it. capitalgymnastics.net,,capital gymnastics national training center

We had our 3.5 year old boy in Cardinal Gymnastics and were very happy with them, but their evening classes had almost no kids in it so we're looking for a new place as well.
