Well, I've been known to be wrong before... I still don't think it will end up being 4" but if I'm wrong all I have to say is woo hoo and let it snow! I wouldn't mind it one bit.

we have an inch on the ground here in South Riding and it's still coming down pretty hard! My kids are just dying to get out there and build a snow man.
