The SW quadrant of Old Town is pretty close to the King St Metro... Del Ray has plenty of Duplexes/Row houses. Fairlington is a TH/condo community where there are different styles of multi-unit homes W/I each buiding. The Washington BLVD corridor from Ft myer to Clarendon has many Duplexes. South Arlington also has some sections with many duplexes.
