I became a member a few months back when I was in dire need of answers before we moved to VA. I have had so many people offer me their advice and I took it to heart. I wanted to come back and say that we have settled nicely in Falls Church and we love it here. My son's school is awesome and he loves it there. I just got a job at Lockheed Martin. We love our new neighborhood and this move has been everything that we dreamed and wanted.

I wanted to thank everyone who took the time to offer their advice because it played a major role in our choices.

Happy Holidays!

Default Hi!

Thanks@Flamingo! I will be sure to remember that.

Thanks, Tone509! It was my pleasure. As we were settling nicely in Falls Church, I kept thinking of the NOVA city-data board and how much a lot of people on here helped me out. People were patient and consistenly offered sound advice. We really really love everything. Even my real estate agent said we picked a great location for our home and that my research had paid off.

I owe it mostly to you guys!

I don't remember if I offered advice specifically to you or not. But thank you for saying "thank you." It's nice to know that all of the time people spend on here giving advice is appreciated. We are fortunate to have such a great resource. Glad you are enjoying Falls Church! I was there tonight at Marshall High School to see them put on Peter Pan. Welcome to Virginia.

What a nice post. We rarely hear from the people who move here and are having a great time here because they get busy exploring their new home and doing things with their new friends. Thanks for stopping in and let us know how you're doing. I hope you stay in touch.
