The Post is not great at tracking who gets what papers. But they are excellent about issuing credits any time you bring it to their attention. You can even do it online.

They did include our missing Sunday paper in with the Monday paper, which was great, but I don't know for how many days that procedure will continue.

Haven't seen mail delivery since Friday. But newspaper arrived every single day in a bright yellow baggy. And roads were clear and drivable since noon on Sunday (I had 12").

They should know exactly who has or has not received their paper over the past several days based upon which routes were not delivered.

2.) Exaggerate a bit because it's me? Why does every thread on this forum eventually have to denigrate into tongue-in-cheek personal attacks against me by the same four or five people?

3.) I gave my carrier a card with a generous $25 tip for Christmas. Don't assume I'm not concerned about their well-being. I'd expect as a paying customer for the Post to have contacted me by now to have let me known they are crediting my account or that they will be delivering 4-5 papers all in one lump sum delivery at some point when Reston finally gets their streets plowed.
They don't contact everyone because few people are so petty as to begrudge them a couple of dollars for a couple of newspapers that weren't delivered after the largest snowstorm of the decade. Did you contact the taxpayers and arrange to reimburse them for the amount you got paid (surely more than what your newspapers cost) for not going to work due to the storm ?

As for question#2, well, that may be worth pondering since it doesn't seem to happen to many other forum members .

Received mail yesterday and today - STILL no paper - I did email the distributor nicely to ask if it was possible to get all papers when we get delivery again, no response. I NEED especially my Sunday paper, w/all the flyers, etc.

I've never been credited for any missed deliveries, but they sure don't miss billing and raising the rates do they?

I know tipping shouldn't matter but I'd never think a small tip was sufficient - if you get the paper 7 days week/365 days a year - think about breaking down that small tip into 52 weeks and ....

That being said, we did have an issue w/our carrier walking through our yard which has a ground cover and she literally made a beaten-down path through it instead of walking up the driveway - I did have to complain about that

Anyway, I'm getting frazzled w/work issues - I just want my paper!
