We made cookies today. While most of them were heart-shaped for Valentine's Day, we threw in a couple of Tulips in honor of hope for spring.

Actually that was from the backyard of my dad's old house in Southern VA (Chesapeake) they didn't get hit hard from the weekend action.

Hey normie, where's that photo of the bluebells in Great Falls Park? I remember you posted a great shot last year. Or maybe the year before.

BTW--if you're new to NoVa, the Virginia Bluebell carpets some of the local parks. They last a week or two, and during that time walking through those parks is breathtaking. The grow near the water, so some of the best fields of bluebells are found in Great Falls Park, Riverbend Park (my personal favorite) and down in Manassass.
