The Inova Healthplex on Walker Lane is just down the street from there. I'd recommend checking your insurance policy for health care providers who are located there, just to keep life simple. There are also some in the office buildings just a few blocks from you off of Franconia Road.
You can look through the online version of The Kingstonian here; it has ads for doctors and other services in the area. (Kingstowne is a large planned community nearby.)
