This has been a very respectful discussion/debate and that has been very much appreciated. However, since we have not been able to get back to how the Census would specifically affect Northern Virginia, as requested, this thread is going to be closed.

I would invite everyone to check out Neutre's links to the Politics forum which I imagine includes even more threads on the subject of the Census.
