It's sunny but it's freezing out! We skipped the Brambleton egg hunt this morning. My husband's doing a GU alumni community service project, so I drove the kids over to Algonkian Park to look at the river (we like to just drive through the park and look at stuff - keeps them happy). He'll be home after their nap, and then we'll probably head to Dulles Town Center to play on the playground, ride the carousel, and maybe a train ride too.

LOL! We did the same thing today-skipped the hunts b/c it is too cold and went to the mall. We rode the train and got some lunch. When in doubt we go to the mall

We're seeding the lawn and planting some spring flowers. Which means we're also going to Lowe's to get more grass seed. Then, probably going to Lowe's again to get extra mulch. Then probably going to Lowe's again because we didn't get enough top soil.

Ugh I hope you don't go to the one in Sterling, next to Walmart. My husband just made his trip to Lowes and said it took him longer to get out of the parking lot than to actually walk inside and buy what he needed. That shopping center has terrible traffic!

No kidding. I totally agree, they have to create another exit there.
