Default Morris Farm/Brookefield Homes/Petersburg

Hello All,

We are zeroing in on a new home construction in Morris Farm. The Petersburg model is our choice with the optional floorplan (Great Room).Anyone have this model? We are looking for pics, as we are working overseas returning June 2011. Hopefully we can visit the area before then..Before we were living/renting in Bristow until 2003, right before the explosion of were homes built. Any added pros or cons will help!

I live in Morris Farm. What are you looking for pictures of? Petersburg is a newer model by Brookfield. It's one of their smaller single family homes.

I've been in contact with Brookfield since. They are finishing a model ending this month and will get pics then. Thanks for offering your help!

I liked the Petersburg model because the kitchen / main room are all one large, spacious, open room. However, we didn't choose it because it doesn't really have a separate dining room. We have a nice set of dining room furniture and Hubby really wanted a separate dining room. Also the Petersburg doesn't have much storage (if memory serves).
