What is the biggest, nicest mall in Maryland within an hour of Alexandria?

Why?

White Flint? That's the only nice mall in Maryland suburbs that I am aware of.

It's been years since I lived in Maryland, but yes, both Montgomery Mall and White Flint were nice the last time I was there. Columbia Mall is also nice but I'm not sure if that would be an hour from Alexandria.

Just wanted something different. White Flint was rated bad, and it doesn't compare to the ones in NOVA. But thanks for responding.

My daughter and I always go to Montgomery Mall when we are tired of going to the malls in Northern Virginia and want to shop somewhere else. It is a nice mall. We have also gone to the mall in Annapolis MD and Arundel Mills. They are also nice.

I have to agree, the malls in Maryland cannot compare to Tysons, especially Tysons 2.

How about the Leesburg Outlet Mall. They have lots of stores and great prices.

I thought White Flint was a dud. Haven't been to Montgomery Mall in a million years but it reminded me of Fair Oaks.

Have heard good things about Arundel Mills but that is similar to Potomac Mills. You won't find the major department stores there as anchors if that is what you are looking for.
