Lake Ridge is a huge planned community. To sit here and say it's a perfect neighborhood would be lying but it certainly is an area I would move to if I needed to move to the east end of PWC. The biggest problems in LR are usually teen related crimes. Some burglaries, larcenies, etc but it is by no means a crime ridden neighborhood. Good luck in ever finding that.

My mom lives in that neighborhood but further down Springwoods toward the end. She has been there many years and she likes it. They have had a few incidents are car break-ins and teen stuff that my neighborhood has never seen but nothing major.
