Negatives about Occoquan?
I'm a single 50-something woman moving to NOVA from CA. What I like about Occoquan:
--near my daughter and her family (West Springfield)
--somewhat near my parents (Williamsburg)
--town on the water
--in economic upswing (new housing in town, new development of old Lorton prison, etc.)
--affordable housing
--near major shopping (Potomac Mills -- but I have not been there yet)
--people seem pretty friendly
I am a marketing and branding consultant and plan to be working from my home office. Will I be able to get clients in this area?
What other potential downsides to the town might there be?
