A realtor can certainly tell you what schools are in the area and refer you to a website for ratings. Many questions that an buyer has can be answered by searching the internet, e.g. crime statistics. If a buyer has a question about ethnic or racial makeup of the neighborhood, they can take a walk around the neighborhood. I refuse to work with buyers who specify a "white" neighborhood.

I am proud of my work and resent being lumped into a category by someone who doesn't know me.
Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry and did not mean any ill will towards you or any other Realtors by my post!! I just wanted to shop around a little bit to find one that an inspector that I liked and who might know the Countryside Homes a little bit, I know they are older and might have special problems! I really appreciate your recommendation and will be calling him!
