Default Red Light Camera Question (Fairfax City)

I ran a red light in the City of Fairfax, and I wanted to ask a few questions...

1. Assuming they send me a ticket, when should I expect to receive it?

2. How much will it be for, and will there be a point deduction on my driving record?

3. Is there anyway to beat the ticket (I've heard arguments that red light cameras are unconstitutional but I'm not sure that argument would hold weight in court).

On a side note, I'm not sure that I actually ran the light. I made a turn, and looked at the wrong stoplight. The light I looked at was green, but as I went through the intersection (the cars to the right and left of me were stopped) I happened to glance up and I think the actual light was red. I looked in my rear view after I went through and the stopped cars began to move momentarily.

2. It's a small fine (thinking about $40-55) but no points since there is no way to prove who was driving.

I don't think that the new cameras are working in Fairfax City yet.

When/if you do receive a Photo-Red ticket it's hard to claim innocents.. the picture shows the car, with license plate, entering the intersection with the red light in the background.
