I found some at Blockbuster of all places. Not sure if they're the real thing, but my kids didn't seem to care.

My girls have had awesome grades this year so I'm giving them based on that.

LOL - Me too! I give my kindergartners one warning and then take it away. Fortunately that has only happened once. I'm glad that summer is upon us. Maybe they will disappear by September.

I also make my 5yo earn hers. Right now we are working on using a respectful tone when answering mom or dad.

I guess you have to ask a 7-12 year old..but you might just get a "duh" sort of answer, "how could you be so dumb mom/dad!" I don't get it either. I don't normally give in to phases...at least the ones that cost me money. I think they compare with other kids and trade for different shapes. But she did manage to get a bunch by trading, and now earns them by good behavior, so as long as I have the upper hand..

But the first time she gets in trouble at school for them...gone..baby..gone!

Those things are getting dangerous! We had a pack of girl scouts mob one of our cashiers as she set out a new shipment, nearly knocked the poor little old lady right off her feet, LOL.
