I used to live on Seminary and the area is nice, but Seminary Towers has become run down and is ok for short term. I used to live in the old Seminary Forest which is now the Encore and really expensive. I hear the renovations are not so good. I know Skyline is nice and the area around Seminary and Baileys is convenient. Southern Towers is also kind of run down and not renovated, but cheap. The best site is apartment ratings and you will get the real story from real tenants and former tenants.

That's too bad about Southern Towers--I remember when I lived there it was pretty old, but def. nothing I'd call run down, I guess management took a dive!

Glad you found a place that works for you! Good luck with with your new move!
