I was just wanting to talk about living in the Michigan City area. I have an interview there in a couple of weeks and was wondering if I should check any locations out in particular while I'm there. Perhaps a good restaurant or place to have coffee.

Jez,

Hi! My name is Ellen Holloway. I am realtor in Michigan City. We
re-located to Michigan City from the east coast in 1988. We
have raised our family here and enjoy living here. Some recommendations
regarding restaurants are: Duneland Beach Inn, William B's(casino),
Rodini's, Galveston. I like Lakeshore coffee.

You can reach me at Micky Gallas Properties (219) 874-7070

In Michigan city I would Eat at Rodinis, Galveston. If you want a good pub then go to Ryan's Irish pub great place its at the end of Franklin square going toward the lake. So basicly take Franklin all the way north till its two way stop then you will run into the pub. Rodinis is also on Franklin. If you are here in the morning and don't want to drink then you can go to Dinos or Lindos great food and Dinos is on 20 going west. Lindos is on franklin. In the mood for pizza then you would like Albanos also on franklin heading north if you smoke then its smoke free. Rodinis and lindos is onwed by a close family of ours so they are the same restaurt onwers and they'll help get around town. The onwer is really nice i've know him since i was little and my famiy for along time before i was born. Hammers also great place to eat and its on 20 heading east and its on the corner of Johnson Road and 20 East to be exact. I can't think of anymore right now i'll post more later if I think of some or when i'm out I'll go ahead and tell you about the ones i'm missing.

If you want some good food with small town cooking,...visit the 9th Street Diner, across from Marquette School. (west of Wabash St & just south of Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall).

If you want some good food with homemade soup, small town cooking,...visit the 9th Street Diner, across from Marquette School. (west of Wabash St & just south of Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall).
Otherwise, go to Coloma, Michigan & visit
" Shingle Diggins'. Great place, good food, old small town athmosphere, listen to local residents discuss the past.
