This thread is something else.

We've seen them before and will see them again and the end result is the same. NWI is NWI, all good, but it's not some Babylon thats going to take over Chicagoland.

The OPs boosting has gotten crazy.

When do you predict any part of Chicagoland growing FASTER than the national average....like NWI?

Doubt that's gonna happen any time soon.

And add Highland Indiana to your list....one of the hottest zip codes in American real estate.......you Illinois ostriches can deny the historic shift happening between Illinois and Indiana.....but it is shifting.....and the momentum is full on

That is a hospital, not a "vortex of higher education".

Nobody is doubting that NWI is growing. The ceiling of that growth is where there is debate.
