Default Valparaiso cable questions
Hello everyone.

When we were getting ready to move to Valparaiso, one of our friends (not a Valpo resident) told us that we get free basic cable. We did not believe this however shortly after moving in Sept we hooked up to the cable to see if it was true and sure enough we had basic cable. Last weekend though we lost our signal and have not had it since. So was this just a fluke and the cable company caught it and shut it off or are we really supposed to be getting basic cable? I hope there are still some Valpo residents around who can let me know.

AMEE16 is on a distinguished road
I live in Valpo... with Comcast, if you pay for cable internet, basic cable is basically free. If you live in a downtown apt. you can usually get free cable. Some houses (esp. rentals) will have cable still hooked up that you can use. There are no guarantees though.
