Church in Valparaiso (Chesterton, Hope: home, university, non-denominational)

Can anyone recommend a nice community church in Valparaiso or Chesterton area? Hopefully one with a close knit congregation if there is a such a thing. Neither of us is any denomination but we are Christian and would probably lean toweards a Lutheran church. Thank you for your help.

Valpo is Lutheran Central. There are probably lovely services at the University ...

I hope you have found a church home by now, but in case you haven't, I highly recommend Life Bridge Christian Church (Life Bridge - Life Bridge Christian Church - Valparaiso, IN) - Downtown Valpo - non-denominational Christian - VERY close knit family atmosphere. And who can argue with a coffee bar during service? Good luck and maybe I'll see you soon!

Is it Contemporary? We will have to start looking for a church to.

I think of it as Contemporary. Come check it out - Saturday @ 6PM, Sunday @ 9 or 11AM or grow deeper on Wednesday nights @ 7PM. All services have ministry for children as well Birth-Students.
