Smile Haunted Hammond

I am wondering if anyone knows of any LEGIT haunted locations in and somewhat near Hammond,I know about the old Crownpoint Court house being haunted. And also Gavit being haunted (somehow I feel that one is more of a hoax). But sometime soon possibly in the summer time I am wanting to take my interest (which is researching of haunting/paranormal activity) to something else and maybe actually investigate a haunted place in Hammond if you know of any let me know on either myspace www.myspace.com/remember_when_91 or yahoo IM megank2252

Thanxx

What exactly makes a "legit haunted location"? How believable the stories are?

What I mean by legit, not only beliveable stories but complete TRUE stories. As I said Gavit is supposibly haunted but I don't believe it is so in my mind that is not a legit haunting. On the other hand while I have done a lot, and I do mean a lot of research on hauntings and the paranormal I have learned even if you are a believer listen to every story on the subject with an open mind and a skeptic's ear,and that is what I do.So in my mind if I find the haunting to not only be believeable but if their is concrete evidence that shows that a location as paranormal activity there then I'd say that is a legit haunting

ok young ladd...
I know of a place where the owner has asked me to sell it because their 9 year old daughter has been attacked by spirits.

I will let you know the place if this interests you. I would have to clear it with owners though.

True stories? About hauntings? Uhh....okay. Even if you believe in such things, how exactly would you know if the stories are "true" or not? You're still talking about which stories you believe vs. which ones you don't, right?

And what exactly qualifies as "concrete evidence" of a haunting?
