Question Hammond to Old Town Chicago?

How long is the drive in your car from, say, Hammond (or any city in NW Indiana) to Old Town Chicago, for instance, going AGAINST rush hour traffic? I'm guessing just an hour, but I don't know for sure. Thanks!

Is there such a thing as a non rush hour??

From some parts Hammond it will be less than an hour. Much will depend upon the traffic on any given day and the route you take. From most places in Lake County you can do it in an hour easily.

I'd give it at least an hour. Once you get off the Ryan ... street level traffic can be hit or miss. Not exactly sure where in Old Town you'll be going to ....
