Default Best rental buildings in Honolulu

Aloha-What are some of the best buildings to rent in around Ala Moana, downtown, Waikiki, and the surrounding area? Any favorites you would like to share?

Ah, are you renting space for a business or an apartment in a building or do you want to rent the whole building for some other purpose?

"Best" is also an extremely ambiguous term. Do you mean one which is inexpensive? Close to the beach? Has parking? Etc., etc., ad naseum.

Apartment buildings. Sorry ; should have been clearer.

I'm hesitant to clarify what I mean by best because I want to here from the community on which apartment buildings people like In Honolulu and why it is they like them!

Oh, well, then you might get more folks answering the topic if you started a new one called "your favorite apartment building in Hawaii and why." There's one in Aiea I kinda like because it is supposed to have a ghost in it. Another interesting one used to be a fire station. I like several others but only because my friends live or lived there. Guess I'm not an expert on apartment buildings in Honolulu.
