I was wondering if you could assist me with locating the proper agency to describe my problem to. There is a road by my house that sees several accidents. At least once or twice a month I hear the awful sound of crunching auto / screeching tires and watch as yet another victim is claimed.
I think if this road had more signs, speed limits, and warnings it could really help people be more safer on the road. Who can I talk to about this?
It all depends on whether it is a county road, a state road, or a private road. But I'd suggest you start with the City/County of Honolulu- Public Works - Division of Road Maintenance

That does not sound like a road where I would want to be riding my bicycle. Which road is this so that I will know where to steer clear of please?
There are always the newspapers. If you get them involved, that can sometimes get some attention to the problem.
