You seem well organized, so I'm betting you've turned this over to the news stations? And put it on FaceBook? Good luck in catching up to the thief quickly.

He went directly in and out from the same location direction. He may live nearby. He would not walk around carrying a bunch of stuff w/o a means to transport far, using a car, or has a house or car nearby. He would have had a fast mode of escape, if challenged. Clearly, he knows you are gone, and likely has monitored your movements before and acted.
Suggestion: get a large dog . In addition to TV, post face photos all over your area too. " Someone" close has info for sure. Just a thought.

Freaking thieves, hate em. Consider an alarm system, they prefer easy targets and will go to the next house. Unfortunately they return for seconds sometimes. Shouts out to you and KITV. Sorry dude but glad your safe and unharmed...

Definitely Leroy Soares, looked him up on FB.

And how nice that he posted this on FB: Live for God and watch your life change in a dramatic fashion. Having a personal relationship with God is the best choice you'll ever make. Stay positive and focus on the good of people. Encourage one another to move forward. Aloha and God Bless.
