Total spending $7.4 billion, so you can imagine 3 to 4x that leaving the islands when its all done correct? Honestly whtviper1 who owns the developing companies and the buildings being built? Local people?

I think we can both agree that 'median' means the average low-mid end unit.
If you want things like your own washer/dryer, an A/C unit, and a dishwasher, you have to get above median.
I agree - today. But all the units being built and put on the market will have AC, washer/dryer, pool, etc....as thousands of those units go on the market the median is going to be evolving where one expects those amenities at the median.
