There are usually Hawaiian language courses in community colleges. I think it is taught in schools. There is the occasional article in local newspapers and broadcasts on local TV. Colleges are probably your best bet to see if there are any cultural revival programs. If there are locals who speak it in the home you may need to be sensitive about approaching them, but I guess you'll know that anyway.

Take a look at Mango Languages at https://mangolanguages.com/ . They have a Hawaiian language course. I have free access to it through my local public library.

Bom dia, I lived on Oahu for 5 years until this past July. UH Manoa would be your best bet for trying to connected with Hawaiian speakers. There's some Brazilians on Oahu mostly up on the Northshore and some younger ones in the city if you want to maintain your Portuguese. Medical care in Hawaii is not the best especially if you're using Medicare as your primary. Boa sorte!!!
