A little humbug for anyone from Maui to ride Uber or Lyft at Honolulu airport. You have to walk all the way to the far end of the Mainland terminal. And it is on the departure level. Also there are completely no signs. It would take 10-15 minutes for you to walk from the Inter-island terminal. May take longer if you have heavy luggage.

On the other hand, the bus stop is right in front of the Inter-Island terminal. But sometimes it can be really crowded because both buses (No. 19 & 20) go to Waikiki.

No. There is a rideshare pickup at the Interisland terminal Lobby 2. The other pickup, inconvenient for a lot of airlines except United and Delta is across the United check in
