Best fish restaurant so far is Chef Daniels FILET AND FIN fresh fish great food and nice setting Not a chain rest like bonefish .Fish is not from farms that are in asia or foreign countries that use chemicals to grow their fish

I believe he is out of business in that location already, he seems to be having legal issues.

I finally got out to Peck's and man it was great. Excellent seafood, decent prices, well worth it. I know what you mean about the drive, it was like 8 miles of really winding narrow road with many dangerous curves......thought we'd never get there.

Try the Freezer Tiki Bar in Old Homosassa. Great shrimp and clam chowder. Cash only, be prepared. Casual and the food is great and very reasonable. You order at the bar and they bring your food out in styrafoam.Google them for address. YOu will not be disapointed. If going on weekend, get there before 6:30 or after 8 to get a seat. Enjoy!
