hello im new to the area and was lucky enough to find a job now im looking to rent a place to stay in the area. house or apt. which ever is better as far as price, area(crime rate), and size for my family anyone have any ideals have been looking around and asking people i work with still no luck, oh i work close to the downtown area.
Help Please!!

You could check with a local Realtor, the internet site Ocal4sale.com, real estate magazines, Ocala Star Banner classifieds, etc. You should be able to find something that works. There are plenty of rentals but it all depends on your budget.

im sure you found a place by now, but if you haven't i'd like to offer a suggestion. behind Brick City Park off Lake Weir Rd there is a complex of townhouses called Cypresside. It's right next to another batch of apartments called Springwood Village. It's a very very nice place to live. My wife and I lived there for 2 years. The rent is very reasonably priced, the maintenance staff is top-notch (never had to wait for anything to be fixed and rarely needed anything fixed in the first place), and the owner is amazing. Her name is Pat and she lives in the complex as well, so if you need anything she's never too far away. There's no management company to go through, just her. The number is 352-622-2165 and the address is
