So I've been in Ocala for months now; and I'm bored out of my mind. Im a young professional and havent really met anybody here yet. Anyone know of any good common places for socializing?? I'd like to meet other black youth, but general socializing is good too. Are there any places which attract mature youth which doesnt involve loud music, excessive alcohol, etc?

You might have a better chance in Gainesville. I find there is a lot more to do up there.

Might try and join a local professional group or a civic group. From these groups you might be able to find some social groups.
