Unfortunately I don't have any realtor recommendations. I do my own searches, research, then deal directly with the listing agent. After many years in sales myself (not real estate), I find this to be the most expedient method. I'd probably recommend getting on realtor.com and call a dozen or so agents that have something you're interested in, then go with someone you feel comfortable with and like their style. Caveat emptor.

Gainesville should have had a listing before Ocala. People have complained or voiced this before but I guess someone doesn't like Gville here.

I think you have to put in a request for a city to be added. I read the information some time back so am not positive. It doesn't cost C-D anything to add cities.

I think its connected to how many people are actually posting on a given city as well. If there is a decent post count, there seems to be a decent chance of it opening.

Well the Florida Forum having tons of cities on it, including Ocala, it is interesting that Gainesville isn't represented. Must be a reason for that though.

Most people in Gainesville are younger, and C-D has an older group of posters. Gainesville has a large and active group on Reddit.
