Hi, Silly question.....We are moving to Lady Lake area until we find a permanent place we are not sure what area we want to live in yet. I was wondering if there are any areas of Salvadorian people in central Florida? I'm not Salvadorian, my husband is and I love Puposas and am wondering if there are any restaurants? I couldn't find anything online.

I don't believe that there is a large Salvadorian population over there.. but good luck! I would check on yelp.com to see if you could find anything. I know you can definitely find pupusas in south FL.

Here is a local restaurant in Ocala that just opened. Can't give a review b/c I have not eaten there but the reviews so far that I've seen are very positive. Will probably try it this weekend.

It servers "Latin American" food - Venezuelan, El Salvadoran, Colombian, and more.

Don Chepe's Cafe (Don Chepe's is located on the corner of SE 25th AVE and SE 17th St / SE Maricamp on the side of the H&R Block).

They do have a Facebook page and a website.

If they don't have specifically what you're looking for you could probably ask them to make it for you.
