Does anyone live in Summer Glen in Ocala fl.? we are thinking of relocating either to Summer Glen or to Legacy of Leesburg. I heard that the water rate is very high at Summer Glen is that true? can you give me the pros and cons of living there.How far is shopping and doctors? and what about job prospects?

Do not live in Summer Glen. I would look along rt 200 in SW Ocala.
Summer Glenn Looks like a very nice smaller community.
Water could be high any place electric also varies by where you live. Best to make up a budget of all costs and don't worry about one cost. Be sure you understand what is included in the HOA fees. As I recall SG has very low fees. Don't recall any info on bonds so ask.
Shopping, doctors etc seems too far away for me. Jobs, problem anywhere. Although I do see help wanted signs on some businesses. What type of job? If you need one better get it before you move.
