You will need a car to access anything. Look at OTOW which is next door and has golf cart access to some shopping and doctors. Also limited free bus service.

We aren’t comfortable with OTOW for various reasons.

I forgot something. A path has just been built that will let you go by golf cart to OTOW and then to some shopping and medical facilities. Also the town Square.

My neighbor moved there about a year or so. She had originally moved up to Gainesville from Central Florida and bought in our neighborhood but felt she didn’t fit in. She is older, divorced and felt out of place in an area with an emphasis on families. Also, our neighbors are mixed politically, but she felt the area wasn’t conservative enough.

She sold her home at a great price, but had to dip into extra savings to buy in Del Webb. It’s a lot newer than our neighborhood. She is happy and feels she made the right decision for her.
