Default Schools (particularly elementary) in the Ocala area
Which are the best and worst schools in the area? I'm particularly interested in elementary and middle schools.

goodgollymymolly is on a distinguished road
Liberty Middle School in SW Ocala was just built last year and has a terrific staff and students. My daughter attended 8th grade there and did very well.

Stay away from Dunnellon Elementary, worst school I have ever seen. My grandson was pulled out after just 6 weeks.

My kids are homeschooled now but when they were in school they attended Fessenden, which was a pretty good school. I have no major complaints. My son also attended North Marion Middle School. No major complaints, but like Fessenden, nothing outstanding. If you're interested in homeschooling;
