Hi everyone, I would really appreciate any insider info on builder/homes in Terra Vista & Brentwood at Terra Vista of Citrus Hills. Their homes look very nice & affordable too. Can anyone give any details of the homes, builder, HOA problems & prices, area weather, area shopping, "hospitals", location to beach, roads, traffic, taxes, crime, closet surrounding area's cities', lifestyle and anything else I may have left out. I have also been looking in the Sarasota area as well, can you also tell me any comparison's between the 2 area's. I've read where SWF area is more prone to Hurricane's than Citrus Hills but Citrus Hills may be more prone to tornado's. How often have has Citrus experienced either one? I would also appreciate any info on surrounding areas and other maybe "better" homesite's being built. Not sure about living within an HOA site (cost's). I am a retiree.(just me & wife)
