Question Living outside of Cincinnati, but decent drive to Indianapolis?

Hey everyone...

Does anyone know of any nice apartment areas outside of Cincinnati (maybe 20mins or so)? I am relocating and my job requires me to live near Cincinnati.. but I will be doing a lot of traveling out to the Indianapolis area maybe twice a week. I am trying to find somewhere that is a straight shot to Indiana but still closer to Cincinnati.

I'm really looking for a nice apartment in a nice area. I'm willing to pay $900+/month on rent for a 2 or 3 bdroom apt. Family-like would be ideal. I don't have any kids.. so it doesn't have to be near schools, but maybe near a good hospital system. My bf is a nurse and will be licensed in the state of ohio (we could work around that, but that's what the plan is). My job requires me to travel, A LOT... so being maybe 40-45mins max to the Cincinnati-Northern KY Airport would be a plus. Shops, malls, restaurants.. last on my list.. but def. nice to have as well.

I know this is really specific, but I'm pretty flexible. Any insight would be great.. because here's the fun part about my relocation: I JUST found out I have to be moved and settled-in by July 9th!!! agghhhh.. help!

sorry to post this twice..but time is short!!

There are a lot of great rentals in the Cincinnati area in your price range. Stick close to I-74 & I-75 for quick access.

Do you want small town or suburban living? Maybe Harrison, Miamitown, or Lawrenceburg, Ind., or maybe even Batesville, Ind., for smalltown life. They're all along I-74 or I-275, with easy access to Indy and the airport.

For a more suburban feel, the Montfort Heights area along I-74 has a lot of apartments. It's probably 80 to 90 minutes to Indy from there, depending on traffic and where you're going in Indy, and the airport is easy to get to from there. It's also fairly easy to get to Cincinnati's Pill Hill area, where many of the larger hospitals are located.

Now that I think about it, don't count out Northern Kentucky, either. Sorry if that muddies up the waters ...

Good luck!
