Tripled from this event, huh?

I love this quote from the article you posted:

James Fox, a criminology professor at Northeastern University in Boston, agrees that 67 "is still not large." And three years isn't long enough for a good study, he said:

"That's sort of Chicken Little thinking," he said.

Cities all over the country have seen spikes in their homicide rate.

Hilarious.

A 5 year window! Wow ... lol ...

Another thing that your article mentions ...

Your article attributes the crime from drugs. How many homicides in the city were directly in relation to drug deals gone bad? If you guessed over 90% ... then you are right!

Hillside, a word of advice ... Don't buy drugs at 3 am and you'll be fine.

I was reading in another thread and I noticed that you quoted this: "oh and on morgan quitno as far as major cities go that puts cle at 5 and nati at 7" ...

Are you referring to the '05, '06', or '07 version, because Cincinnati wasn't rated #7 in any of the Morgan Quintino studies ... Like I said earlier, it was rated 16th in '07, not 7th.

You crack me up! You've gotta tell me your story ... what's really going on?

do you think a big city mayor is gonna look at this and say to themselves, "gee whiz, we're right there with compton and gary!", or "we're right there with baltimore and kansas city"

Hillside, how many people were killed by "walking, sitting, or standing?" ...

You are a trip!

Do you know what per capita means?

per capita: Definition and Much More from Answers.com

It makes any city relevant in comparison, that's why it's used for almost all media sources. It's mathematical. It just makes sense, that's why sociologist and researchers use it.

I live in downtown Cincinnati. I can walk out my front door and see beautiful OTR!

You've met your match on here haven't you.
