Default Calcutta

I am trying to find out information on commercial real estate near Calcutta. I know there is a Super Wal-Mart there, but am wondering if this is a growing town. Information on Boardman would be greatly appreciated, as well.

Calcutta is a growing town. Its got a lot of chain stores and restaurants. Its about 10 minutes from the West Virginia border, and 10 minutes from the PA border. A lot of West Virginians head there for their shopping. Now Boardman is a completely different story. Boardman is booming. It has every chain store and restaurant you can think of. It has the Southern Park Mall and kind of like an outdoor mall where you can walk from shop to shop. That would be called The Shops at Boardman Park. 224 is where the main drag in Boardman is, but with the growth it has expanded all over. They have widen South Avenue to meet up with the traffic and business growth. They are building a huge hospital on Market Street. Its a very nice suburb of Youngstown with about 40,000. But, i would look also into moving to Canfield and Poland. Growth has been booming in the south suburbs of Youngstown. I have been watching them grow to the point where some country land use to be, but now housing developments and stores have taken its place. Dont leave out Columbiana and Salem. Columbiana is growing very rapidly. It had a 1,000 resident increase since the 2001 census. Salem just built a new Wal-Mart Supercenter. Salem has about 12,000 and Columbiana about 6,000. Columbiana and Salem are right in between Boardman and Calcutta. But if i were you i would lean more towards Boardman, Poland, and Canfield.
