"I pity the fool who buys this place..." Whoops! Wrong person! But still, after seeing photos of the inside of that place, who in their right mind would buy it? Zebra carpeting, tacky wall colors... not to mention fighting off those wanting to catch a glimpse of the property? No thanks!

I think you just mentioned many of the reasons TO BUY the property!

I remember driving past & gawking at the property years ago when we got lost on our way to a pig roast at Hiram College. Nobody believed it was really Mike Tyson's house.

I was hoping this house was still for sale because I would buy it in a heart beat.
love the swimming pool and I could always fix it the way i wanted
I agree that the carpet is not that great so why not pull it up and put down hardwood floors
and as for some of the paint thats in there well heck you can always change the color.
That place would be great for a family get away vaction spot.
Who wouldnt love to stay in a place like that
all it needs is a little bit of love and work and it would be a great place to hang out at
Im all for buying the place if its still for sale

That's a lot of money to live out in the middle of nowhere. I wonder what was the final price?

That house was empty for such a long time, they had trouble with vandals, and meth heads staying there.
