I remember going through West Chester when me and my wife were down in the Cincinnati metro looking for a new home. It was in the NW suburbs of Cincinnati. I really liked that area. I was asking about a few places around the NW suburbs. I remember West Chester being one that caught our attention. There were some nice homes up that way. I know pretty much every suburb in the northern half of the metro is very nice. Me and my wife are moving to Mason, Ohio. They have great schools, nice parks, not far from Cincinnati or Dayton, and much more. The economy is great. Im sure you will like West Chester from what i have seen there.

Try the Beckett Ridge area developments in West Chester, which can be seen from the Union Center Blvd interchange with I-75. They're very close to grocery and upscale retail.
Pretty close to the new Ikea (coming fall 2007) too! |

^Isnt that great news about the Ikea. I was told about that from my manager down in Cincinnati. Its awesome!! Thousands of jobs and it will be the only one in the Lexington, Louisville, Indianapolis, Dayton, and Columbus areas. They were thinking on building it in Columbus, but im glad they decided Cincinnati.

I lived in West Chester for about 11 years w/ my parents. I did graduate from Lakota HS, too, incase you have kids....great school! I love everything except one thing...it's pretty expensive. To rent just a one bedroom apartment in a good building will be @ $700.00/mo. I recently bought a home in Feb. in Mason. Reason being I bought in Mason (which is W. Chester's neighbor) is because it's just a little cheaper, but just as nice. Mason does have more options as far as apartments go, but still pretty expensive. Hope that I can be of some help to you!

Here's a local forum with classified ads for places to rent; West Chester Classifieds - Topix and Ohio Rental Properties / Rental Listings in Ohio - just type in "West Chester". And then there's always good old "Craig's List"; cincinnati, OH apts/housing for rent classifieds - craigslist Again, just search for rentals in "West Chester". Here's the list with the search; cincinnati craigslist > apts/housing for rent: search for "west chester" |
